Is this on the same system as JT 108 22A? If so, it is at Romarantin, the clue to that being the buffer stop alongside the rear of the two vehicles, which is at the end of a standard gauge siding. Romarantin had (Still has?) a standard gauge branch in order that metre gauge stock could be moved to and from the line's depot at Romaranin.
