A good run to Bristol and back, slightly marred by an issue with the water tanker at Challow resulting in a 35 minute late arrival on the down run, no problems with the locomotive.

I am pleased to report that Clan Line has pass the fitness to run for tomorrow's Belmond British Pullman to Bath & Bristol, we are all bulled up & ready to go.

A good run last Friday which involved some early running as the pathing stop at Addlestone was not taken, the departure at Shalford was some 2 1/2 minutes early with an arrival back at Victoria some 7 minutes early. I am pleased to report that Clan Line has passed the FTR for tomorrow's Surrey Hills British Pullman. After last weekend's ACE to Exeter this has involved two days hard graft cleaning and preparing the locomotive by our dedicated volunteer workforce.

A 400 plus mile round trip to Exeter & back on last Saturday's ACE, all went very well. There were some minor issues beyond our control on the down run, as a result of a tree on the line the following 0920 ex Waterloo which was due to pass us at Chard Loop was delayed this resulted in Clan Line not ...
