It should be remembered that I am not the only RCTS member affected by the e-mail changes and in need of help to unravel all the implications. I note that two officers are listed in the January 2017 RCTS Officers Directory (printed version) as having fsnet and fsmail e-mail accounts which are on the elimination list.
By the way the printed RCTS Officers Directory appears to be more up to date than web versions at https://www.rcts.org.uk/about/news/contact.htm
and http://www.rcts.org.uk/about/members/Of ... ectory.pdf
Also one would have expected a click on 'Society Officers' on the 'Society' drop down menu to produce a list of such rather than https://www.rcts.org.uk/about/officers/
which is also found by clicking 'Officers on the top menu bar. '
My researches suggest it is very unwise to have your actual personal email on a website. Instead display a link as I have on https://www.rcts.org.uk/branches/sheffi ... eld/ECML90
just showing my name which leads to a RCTS web address email@example.com
in my case that then diverts emails to my personal email. This is not possible in the printed version, but that should show the rcts.org.uk divert email rather than a personal one I would suggest.
