While we were hoping to be able to resume normal, physical, meetings with the start of new season, when the Branch Committee met recently to consider our programme for the coming season, it came to the conclusion, after discussion, that it was still premature to resume physical, in person, meetings, and that consequently we should continue with Zoom meetings until at least the end of the calendar year. A programme of Zoom meetings for the rest of this year is now being drawn up, and details will be published as soon as possible.

We will resume normal meetings as soon as we believe we can safely and practicably do so. This will depend on the developing situation, and we will keep the position under review during the autumn, with the hope that it will be possible early in the new year.

This page will be kept up to date to show the current position, but all events are liable to  change at short notice.

Those speakers who have been unable to come and entertain us will be re-invited to do so at future meetings, hopefully in the next season.
