A Hitchin & Welwyn Garden City branch presentation by David Percival
This is a change of speaker from the original programme.
David is well known locally for this photography skills and as a historian on the ECML in the local area, having worked on railway magazines for most of his life he is a well renown person with views on the railway as it is today and as the years passed.
David has been to our meetings as a speaker on several occasions previously and often comes as a visitor.
