Indoor meetings

We will attempt to resume indoor meetings at WURC from September 2021.  However, we also intend to live stream some meetings via Zoom as we did during the lockdown period of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Meetings labeled as “Woking United Reformed Church” will be in person only.  Meetings where it is possible to attend in person or watch via Zoom will be labelled “Woking / Zoom”.

Final decisions as to which meetings will be live streamed via Zoom have not yet been made, so please check this web page nearer the time.  Several factors will affect what is possible including venue availiability and the speakers method of presentation (not to mention government guidance!).

To register for a ZOOM  live streamed meeting, please use the links below.

It is also possible to join a meeting by telephone, without using a computer.  If you wish to do so, please contact us for details.

Woking meetings are held at Woking United Reformed Church, White Rose Lane, Woking GU22 7HA, commencing at 19.00 for 19.15.  Use the Platform 5 exit from Woking Station cross the car park and Oriental Road, using the zebra crossing, proceeding straight down White Rose Lane, following the “Mars Trail” signs towards Woking Park. Keep straight on, crossing Heathside Crescent using another zebra crossing.  Woking United Reformed Church is on the right after the multi-storey car park.  Charges in the multi-storey car park are now £1.50 from 18.00 to 06.00 (previously free after 19.00).  It is a 5 minute walk from the station.  Late arrivals may need to ring the bell to gain access.
