20th January 2025: East Coast Main Line Part 2 –  York to Edinburgh, by Stephen Gay

In January Stephen paid us a return visit for part 2 of his journey on the ECML, this time northwards from York to Edinburgh. As is his style he 'dropped off' at stations and numerous points of interest on the way, which he illustrated by photos both of the current railway scene and from the past. It seems that every stop had a story, and Stephen has a wonderful gift of story telling which he delivers in his delightful Yorkshire accent.
