Visit to Hull
Seven Members attended the fixture travelling from Liverpool and various other points west.
Travel was via Doncaster in both directions utilizing Trans Pennine, Hull Trains & Northern Trains.
Hull was chosen as our destination as it is a location most of the party had rarely visited. Upon arrival at Hull Paragon various pictures were taken before locating the Golden Fry which had been recommended as a good restaurant to enjoy some fish & chips.
Trains upon which the party travelled….
1B68 07.19 Liverpool – Cleethorpes [185123+185149]
1H02 09.48 Kings Cross – Hull [802302]
1J48 13.02 Scarborough – Sheffield] [170474]
1B83 14.24 Cleethorpes – Liverpool [185101]
The party had fewer recordings than on our usual jaunts but that did not detract from what was a most enjoyable day.
