Pioneer ‘313’ goes to Derby

From Mid July, various locomotives, multiple units and other rolling stock started to make their way to Derby in readiness for The Greatest Gathering celebration for Railway 200. Some have made their own way but many have been hauled as part of special workings, often using the ROG Class 37s.

On Thursday 24 July, 37884 is seen hauling pioneer Class 313 no 313201, passing though Twyford on the 11:26 Eastleigh Arlington to Derby Litchurch Lane (5Q57).
