By completing and submitting this application, I agree to abide by the rules of the Society (click here to view rules, (pdf file)) and agree that any visits made by me, with the Society, to the premises of any railway or other authority, company or organisation shall be entirely at my own risk and responsibility. I further agree to absolve the Society and any railway or other authority, company or
organisation whose premises I visit with the Society from any responsibility for my personal safety and for loss or
damage of any articles I may have with me.

The Society declares that membership records and databases used in the administration of the Society membership
and held on the Society’s computers are used only for administration purposes by authorised Society officers.
