Visit to Doncaster
Seven Members attended on a bright but cold day with a biting northerly wind.
Manchester to Cleethorpes Trans Pennine Express services were operating as per the timetable so that the first Members arrived at 09.37.
A points failure in the Leeds area resulted in some delays and cancellations. The highlight of the day was 37422 working to Doncaster from York Engineers Yard with the return working resulting in a tremendous noise as the 37 accelerated through the station.
