There was a lot of interest on the opening day from members of the public and enthusiasts, particularly young people making video recordings as seen in this view of 165120 about to depart for Filton with the 10.03 from Temple Meads. The station occupies the site of the former Ashley Hill station, closed in 1964. Image credit: Stewart Jolly
