A presentation by John Douglas covering the rise, peak, and eventual decline of the vast network of industrial, standard-gauge, and narrow-gauge railways that served the ironstone quarries and blast furnaces of Northamptonshire. Please note change from previously advertised talk. This is a joint meeting with the Milton Keynes branch; the venue is Roade Village Hall.
